These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at smartcodeapp.com (the "Site"), operated by STANDING SLOVAKIA, s.r.o., trading as SCA — Smart Code App ("SCA", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Any project, development, or service we carry out for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the project agreement prevails for that engagement.

Ownership of work produced during a paid engagement (such as a website or application) is dealt with in the relevant project agreement. Where we offer a "you own everything" handover, the specifics — including when ownership transfers — are set out in that agreement.
