Cookie Policy
The small files we use to make this site work — what they do, why we use them, and how you stay in control.

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site owners. We also use the term "cookies" loosely to include similar technologies such as browser local storage, which we use to remember your cookie choice.
2. How we use cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. We only use strictly necessary technologies by default. Any optional cookies — such as analytics — are set only after you give consent through our cookie banner. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to function and for us to honour your privacy choice. They cannot be switched off.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type / Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sca-cookie-consent | SCA (this site) | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies, so we don't ask again. | Local storage · persists until you clear it |
Optional — analytics (consent required)
These help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. They are only set if you click "Accept all". At present we do not load any analytics by default; if we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in future, it will appear here and remain gated behind your consent.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type / Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| [analytics cookie — if/when enabled] | [provider name] | Measures site usage in aggregate (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). | Cookie · [duration] |
4. Third-party services
Our website loads its typeface from Google Fonts. This does not set cookies on your device, but it does transmit your IP address to Google in order to deliver the font files. You can read more about how Google handles this data in its own privacy policy. We explain international transfers in our Privacy Policy.
5. Managing your preferences
You can change your choice at any time. Use the button below to reopen the cookie banner and update your preferences:
You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies, and browse in a private/incognito mode. Note that blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect how the site works. Helpful guides are available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes or the law evolves. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
